About This Trail

The Snake River Canyon Rim Trail is a 12.3 mile heavily trafficked out and back trail located in Twin Falls, Idaho that features a waterfall and is good for all skill levels. The trail is primarily used for walking, running, and road biking and is accessible year-round.

Don’t miss the Famous ramp where daredevil Evel Knievel attempted to cross the Snake River Canyon on a steam-powered rocket. Dogs are also able to use this trail but must be kept on a leash. If you ride down to Shoshone Falls it will be a steep pedal back – we recommend walking your bike back up.
